Warhammer Next Week: Dragons Come To The Age Of Sigmar, Outcasts To Necromunda
Dragons, Outcasts, Chaplains and more await you next week. Come take a look at next week’s pre-order releases for the worlds of Warhammer.
What a week it will be for Warhamemr’s respective worlds. The Age of Sigmar is about to get a lot more majestic as the sons of Dracothian are up for pre-order at last, alongside their draconic allies. Take a look:
First up, wise and majestic Krondys, who wields incredible magic. But his brother Karazai is more ferocious:
Both of them have such personality in their face. They’ve got a real Shere Khan from Talespin vibe going for them, and it’s every bit as regal as they should be. Joining them are the draconic reinforcements for the Stormcasts, because what’s better than dragons? Dragons being ridden by immortal undead (technically *reforged*) champions?
The only unit so powerful they were nerfed before their release. Be sure and pick some up!
But the Mortal Realms aren’t the only place getting some serious reinforcements. This next weekend, you’ll also be able to secure a place for the Outcasts of the galaxy. Specifically the outcasts of Necromunda’s Underhive.
These are the dregs and the rabble of the Underhive. What they lack in institutional support and firepower, they make up for in numbers and pluck. And with the release of the Book of the Outcast, they have a wave of new rules to help them take on the great Houses and their gangs.
This 136-page book is packed with rules for gang tactics, Hangers-on, Gang Strongholds, and Outcast scenarios, as well as a whole Outlander Campaign, and tons more. It’s the perfect tome for anyone with an affinity for the downtrodden, and it’s available in hardback and as an eBook.
Of course you’ll want to have some more terrain for these folks to fight in. And the latest terrain kit: Zone Mortalis – Underhive Market, looks incredible. You can buy everything you need down there. Stims. RAT. What more do you need?
Well if you’re House Escher, you probably want a Khimerix–a bad-tempered, gene-spliced monstrosity that will eat your foes. And hopefully fill up on them.
And if your ambitions are a little nobler, now is also the time to help fill your new Black Templar ranks with Chaplains. Black Templars can have more Chaplains per ounce than any other Chapter, and to celebrate their release, GW is offering made-to-order classic Chaplains:
All this, next week!
