Warhammer 40k: Jaskier is a Necrons Fan
Warhammer 40k has gotten a big boost in visibility thanks to Henry Cavill. Now he’s introducing famous friends to the hobby.
Henry Cavill is on a Warhammer 40k love fest tour right now. The actor hasn’t hidden his love for the game and lore. He showed off his painting skills during lock down and his choice of reading material on long flights. More recently, he talked about his fandom with Tom Holland on the Graham Norton Show (which resulted in a challenge from WWE Wrestler Shayna Baszler).

Jaskier Plays Warhammer 40k?
During a recent Netflix interview he talked about how therapeutic painting is, and even got Joey Batey (who plays Jaskier) to talk about his choice of Warhammer 40k army.

The actor also spent time geeking out with the Empire magazine podcast. Along with talking about the latest season of The Witcher and his lovely dog, he expressed a desire to star in a Warhammer 40k movie.
“I mean, I don’t know about Eisenhorn necessarily, when you’ve got Valdor and Primarchs out there. It seems a shame to be a mere Inquisitor. But I would absolutely leap at that opportunity — it’s something I’d be very, very excited to do.”
