Few things are as magical as Studio Ghibli, which may make it the perfect setting for your next D&D campaign.

My baby is obsessed my My Neighbor Totoro (and One Piece). It’s gotten to the point where we sing the Totoro closing credit music around the house apropos of nothing. As you can imagine, all things Ghibli are leaking into every part of our life, including D&D. Luckily, there are some very fun Studio Ghibli and Studio Ghibli inspired accessories out there to make our campaign a little more dreamy and magical. As always, links to shops are in the item titles.

No Face Inspired Dice

Set in clear resin with red accenting, these dice are inspired by No Face from Studio Ghibli’s Spirited Away. Gold numbering is easy to read and really pops, while the figure inside is simple and a little spooky. This set is handcrafted by a small business and in limited numbers though, so if you need No Face in your bath house or your D&D game, be sure to order a set soon!

Your Reasonably Personally Neighbor Kokoro

I’m borderline obsessed with this figure. Is it your friendly neighbor Tororo? No! This is Kokoro and he is legally distinct! But he is also clearly inspired by the beloved Studio Ghibli movie and if you were looking to add the charcter to your next campaign, Kokoro would work just fine. Is he a little creepy? Yeah. But let’s be honest, Totoro would be terrifying to see in real life.

Calficer Dice Bag

May all your character’s bacon burn but rolls be crits with this dice bag featuring Calficer. Studio Ghibli’s Howls Moving Castle is probably my favorite of the Miyazaki’s movies (and the book is pretty great, too), and this bag is an incredibly tempting addition to my D&D collection. With a flat bottom and toggle pull strings, your dice will stand up nicely on the table for easy accessibility and be safe between sessions.

Soot Sprite D20 Sticker

If you’ve got a laptop, tablet, or D&D notebook that could use more decoration, I doubt you’ll find anything cuter than this Soot Sprite D20 sticker. The soot sprites appear in a few different Studio Ghibli films, and despite being such a simple design they are almost equally iconic to the studio as Totoro himself. And of course, they are bringing some sugar star candies to you. These stickers are printed by Sticker Mule and come in pink or rainbow pastel.

Some Wizard’s Moving Fortress Castle

Much like the Kokoro mini, this isn’t Howl’s Moving Castle, but it’s really similar. Also unlike the Kokoro mini, the moving fortress castle is pretty dang big at 187mm x 183mm at the base. This model comes 3D printed for you unpainted, so you can make it as Studio Ghibli esque as you want. But let’s be honest, we’re not here because we want to play in a not Ghibli inspired universe.

Which Studio Ghibli movie is your favorite? Have any of our accessory picks made it onto your wish list? Which movie would you want to play a tabletop game inspired by? Let us know in the comments!

Happy Adventuring!
