Goatboy’s Warhammer 40K: Tyranid Crusher Stampede – Parker Style
Take a look at one mean Tyranid Crusher Stampede from one of 40K oldest, old-school players.
Old Man Parker is a buddy of mine from Florida who has been playing 40k for a long time. An old terror of the old GW circuit I met Parker back when I came back to the game and struck up a friendship/rivalry/brotherhood as we played against and around each other. He is a good guy and will always give you a good game – both competitively and personally as he is one of those players that loves to have a good time.
Anyway I asked him to send me his Crusher Stampede list that he is terrorizing some other friends with and thankfully he was nice enough to magically shoot it over text. Without further ado…

Crusher Stampede Tactics & Thoughts
I expect in the newer version of the missions that come out in a few weeks, we will see the Lictors go away. I am not sure where they will go but I love the Ravener support units. I might look at building some “scoring” units with them. This one uses two giant Forge World Nids that got so much better with the upgrades. They take one less Damage and sitting on 18 wounds each. These Hierodules move fast at 12″ and have a 3d6 18″ spray that auto hits the target.
This list is fast, aggressive, and plans on making you stay in your zone as you deal with the threats. I love it! While it uses some FW nonsense it isn’t trying to figure out a way to fit a giant monster in your deployment zone by breaking its legs. I still wish it had a Stone Crusher Carnifex but this isn’t too bad.
NOM NOM NOM!
