Warhammer 40K: Check Out These New ‘Order of the Bloody Rose’ Rules From Vigilus Alone
Games Workshop is teasing the new rules for the Adepta Sororitas “Order of the Bloody Rose” from Vigilus Alone!
There is a new season of Warhammer 40,000 coming soon courtesy of the upcoming War Zone Nachmund. As part of that release we’re getting a variety of books including new a Chapter Approved, a new Crusade Pack, and also Vigilus Alone.
Inside those covers we’re going to see lots of new rules for various factions in 40k. One of which is what we’re coving today — The Order of the Bloody Rose. This Adeptas Sororitas off-shoot has a cool paint scheme and some bloody good rules to match. Let’s check them out!
“Followers of the martyred Saint Mina, the Order of the Bloody Rose is known for its anger and piety, even among the already fanatical Adepta Sororitas.
This is reflected in a suite of rules that capitalise on the Sororitas seeing red, getting stuck into combat, and cleaving a swathe of crimson carnage through their foes. “
Order of the Bloody Rose
One of the units getting a boost in the book are the deadly new Paragon Warsuits. They aren’t getting a stat boost, however, the Order of the Bloody Rose seems be able to really get the most out of their machine spirits. That’s thanks to a new Stratagem:
Unmodified hits of 4+ get additional hits! It’s only against units with 6 or more models but that’s still really good! That is one way to chew through lots of bodies. And it’s not just their Paragon Warsuits that get all angry either.
Chapter Ancients and Slaanesh units, eat your hearts out! These ladies can do what you do. It will cost a command point (or two) but that could be worth it for those extra shots.
The pain doesn’t stop there. When their characters get into the thick of things the Order of the Bloody Rose really gets inspiring.
Plus, they are going to get access to some extra relics to match their fury on the tabletop.
These are just the start of the rules for the Adepta Sororitas in the upcoming book. So get ready for even more from War Zone Nachmund!
It’s okay – it’s not actually their blood.
