It’s a specialist games spectacular once again at GW. This time Aeronautica Imperialis and Blood Bowl are both getting some shiny new toys.
First up, for Aeronautica Imperialis, the new Companion book. This is a game expansion that gathers together new rules, aircraft, and factions. It also pulls together some White Dwarf content in one place.
This new book has everything you need to field squadrons of Necron, Asuryani, and Adeptus Astartes ships. They’ll join their brethren and enemies in the skies above the grim darkness of the distant future.
But wait there’s more: get ready to break out the cresecent ships and crescent rolls as a new wave of Necron reinforcements rolls out. Forge World has two new ships ready for you:
A single kit contains two planes which can be constructed as either Night Shroud bombers or Doom Scythe fighters. With doom spheres and death rays, it’s everything you’ve come to know and love about these undead robots.
But now let’s talk about the time-honored pitch of glory. Grandfather Nurgle brings his blessings to Blood Bowl, turning the pitch into a plague garden teeming with all manner of new life ready to burst forth and make friends.
But not only are there new plague garden pitches, there’s rules to use them. A new Team Card pack is coming, giving Nurgle himself a shot at gridiron glory.
