Warhammer 40K: Aeldari Miniatures Arrive – Now In Plastic
It’s the first wave of new plastic Aeldari miniatures. They are looking GOOD!
Of all the BoLS Crew, Larry been the longest running Devotee of the Aeldari. He’s been walking the path for many editions. And he’s here with his thoughts on their latest incarnations in plastic:
Guardians
The new Guardians in plastic are exactly what we needed from this box. You’ve got the ability to build them as either Storm Guardians or Guardian Defenders. It’s been a much needed upgrade to the box as those old metal Storm Guardian arms were such a hassle. Now you can run them as the Foot-dar army you’ve always wanted.
Dark Reapers
These guys got a sick upgrade with more weapon options and some very fancy new plastics. GW basically took the old versions and made them plastic. Plus they added new helmet options as well as a creepy new shrine because you always need more of those, right!?
Warlocks
This one is a two pack and you’ve got options. Seeing a pattern here? The main thing here is you can build two models and you’ll have various options on how you equip them to do so. Brings a sword, gun, and/or Spear to the tabletop with these Warlocks.
Maugan Ra
And the there’s Maugan Ra. Wow. Just wow. He’s gotten one heck of a Glow-up and the new model is just amazing. The Deadly Dark Reaper Phoenix Lord is going to bring death to his foes — in style! Maybe we’re biased but this new model takes the cake from this wave.
This is just the First Wave. You know more Aeldari are coming. Come on Avatar!!!
