D&D: WizKids Frameworks – Stone Giant, Hill Giant, Balor Up For Pre-Order
WizKids has more Frameworks up for pre-order, including two types of giants and a Balor, who is also pretty big.
WizKids has been really pushing the bounds of D&D minis with their Frameworks line. If you missed the initial announcement, the Framework line is all about customizability and posing. These miniatures are available in disparate pieces, they come unpainted and unprimed so you can build and paint them the way you want.
A lot like miniatures that you might find in the grim darkness of the distant future. And WizKids has some giant examples of what you can see. Even the Balor, which isn’t a giant, is still pretty giant. Take a look!
D&D Frameworks: Stone Giant – $41.99
Stone giants were the longest living of the giants and generally considered among their peers to be the wisest of all giant races, despite their low position in the ordning.
As you can see, this miniature comes with a variety of options, including a stacked group of stones that looks pretty amazing. You get different heads, different arms, the whole nine yards.
D&D Frameworks: Hill Giant – $41.99
Hill giants were selfish and brutish bullies that, like other earth giants, often forced weaker creatures to do their bidding. They lived as uncivilized savages, surviving by foraging, hunting, and raiding for food when not coercing other, smaller beings into doing the work and feeding them.
D&D Frameworks: Balor – $104.99
Balors were beings of flame and cinders, constantly exuding fire too hot for most to bear, being immune to fire themselves, and exploding into a lurid flash of light that destroyed everything nearby upon death. Their flaming whips had tails ending in hooks, spikes, and balls, allowing them to easily draw in those netted by them. Balors were able to summon hordes of dretches, other weak demons, or smaller numbers of more powerful tanar’ri.
All of these miniatures are available for pre-order right now for delivery later in 2022!
