KX Enforcer Droid from Hot Toys is K-2SO’s Evil Twin
This battle worn KX Enforcer Droid from Hot Toys is awaiting new orders from the Empire.
While this model looks like the quirky K-2SO from Rogue One, its mission is very different. Arakyd Industries built the KX Enforcer Droid as ‘security’ droids to get around the prohibition of battle droids; they were programmed without the standard restriction against harming organic sentient lifeforms.
During the Great Purge of Mandalore the Empire bombarded the planet and sent KX Enforcer Droids to terminate all survivors. They were a terrorizing tool of the Empire’s take over.
This sixth scale version from Hot Toys stands at fourteen inches tall and its mechanical structure has thirty points of articulation. Its head has LED light-up eyes that move via a Separate Rolling Eyeball System. The fig comes with two blasters and a rocky diorama figure base.
