MTG: Battle For Baldur’s Gate – Battle Bond Lands
Get ready to Battle for Baldur’s Gate — and these dual lands that come into play untapped if you’re facing multiple opponents will surely help.
Alright friends, it’s time once more to look at the Battle for Baldur’s Gate Commander set for Magic: the Gathering. Today we’ve got a look at the battle bond lands. That is, lands that come into play tap unless you’re facing down two or more opponents. There are five all in all, and each one will help with the fixing you need. Check ’em out.
Bountiful Promenade
A beautiful estate in Baldur’s Gate’s Upper City, the Bountiful Promenade gets you green and white mana. Pretty sure I’ve looted this exact location in Baldur’s Gate 2.
Luxury Suite
The ritz and decay of opulent chambers is on display here. The Luxury Suite comes with the admonishment that empires have been built and broken in places like these.
Morphic Pool
What exactly is a Morphic Pool? Well, if you want answers, you’ll have to brave the sewers and caverns of Baldur’s Gate’s Undercity. Nothing good happens down there. And with a blue/black dual land, nothing good will happen to you either.
Sea of Clouds
If you’ve played through Baldur’s Gate 3, you might recognize this lush skyscape from the Githyanki attack on a Mind Flayer nautiloid at the opening of the game. It’s much more peaceful when the space isn’t occupied by a giant red dragon.
Spire Garden
One of the more out of the way places–a reminder that the wilderness is always ready to reclaim a space when it’s left open. Plus it’s most of the way to Jund, so, pretty spicy times.
