These Cardboard Rifles Shoot Mentos for Especially Bad Breath
Fight bad breath and inanimate objects from a distance with these custom cardboard rifles that shoot mentos.
The S is a cardboard crafter in Indonesia that’s made a variety of weaponry and match powered cars. In this series, he makes two cardboard rifles. And trades paper and cardboard bullets for fresh making, halitosis fighting ammo. I know it’s already playing in your head, have some help with the official 3-minute long jingle for Mentos.
That out of the way (it’s ok to put it on repeat, you know you want to), on to the weaponry. The body of both rifles are made of cardboard, press board, and glue. Ammo is contained in a cardboard and plastic chamber which uses gravity to feed each minty projectle. He uses some simple wiring and batteries for the firing mechanism, which makes it effective enough to take out cups, shatter eggs, and pummel a watermelon – and fight bad breath from a safe distance.
