New LEGO Botanical Set on the Way
A new LEGO botanical set is arriving next month – can you guess what plant it is?
Over the last few years, LEGO has expanded its sets for adults beyond architecture and machines. The new sets offer a new way to play, create, and get your mind off things. The botanical line has a special feature that makes it different. Its pieces are plant-based plastic made from “sustainably-sourced sugarcane” in a carbon-neutral manufacturing process. So you can build and feel good about it.
“As adults look for new ways to switch off and relax, we’re delighted to be able to help them seek solace from their busy everyday lives. They can immerse themselves in creating these beautiful botanical builds. The customizable elements and mindful building experience will hopefully help them express their personality as their creativity blossoms.”
The Current Botanical Sets
Bonsai Tree (10281) – 878 pieces – $49.99
Flower Bouquet (10280) – 756 pieces – $49.99
Bird of Paradise (10289) – 1173 pieces – $99.99
New Botanical Set
LEGO recently shared a teaser on Twitter – a new botanical set is on the way. Some fans are speculating it will be some sort of cactus. There are a couple of heart-shaped leaf anthuriums in the video which would make a stunning set when built. What plant species would you like to build?
Blooming soon. Stay tuned. pic.twitter.com/aTQ941RLip
