Next week the twisting pathways of the Nethermaze open, and a new chapter for Warhammer Underworlds begins. Check it out!

The tormented souls trapped in Warhammer Underworlds are about to have new challengers enter the fray. GW releases Nethermaze, a new boxed set with two warbands and everything else you need to get started. But there’s more! As they also release a third Wabash full of necromancy and undead mechanics. And on top of that, the individual release of the two Rivals of Harrowdeep warbands. Let’s take a look!

Warhammer Underworlds – Nethermaze

The Nethermaze itself is the Mortal Realms at their most strange – it’s a mystical labyrinth below Harrowdeep, home to the bizarre architects of that fell arena. This new core set contains everything you need to get going with Warhammer Underworlds, including a rulebook, 11 dice, 114 tokens, two double-sided boards, and a mammoth number of cards. These include fighter cards and a complete 32-card Rivals deck for each of the new warbands, as well as a set of 48 entirely new universal cards, and 36 Grand Alliance cards split evenly between Order, Chaos, Death, and Destruction.

The boxed set is a complete starter kit. Everything you need to jump on in. But the real heroes are the two new warbands. There’s the Khainite Shadowstalkers, who wield the shadows as deftly as the blades they carry.

And then there’s the sneak-kill specialists of Skittershank’s Clawpack. Yes-yes, they bring enduring Enshin has to offer-give to the Nethermaze.

The Exiled Dead

But there’s more. We also get the preorder release of the Exiled Dead. These abominations are the product of forbidden arts–science, namely. The power of electricity courses through these corpses.

Age their mechanics look frightfully strong:

Most members of the Exiled Dead – particularly the reanimated ones – begin the game Inspired, and Deintalos uses them to deliver lethal concurrent blows using the powerful Danse Dynamic ability. As well as 32 Exiled Dead cards, the set also comes with 20 universal objective, upgrade, and gambit cards, as well as three more cards for each Grand Alliance

And on top of all that, the warbands of Harrowdeep are available individually:
