The Soul Calibur antagonist has a lust for blood and is here to steal the show. We’re dying for these Tira cosplays!
Soul Caliburcontinues to be one of the most gorgeous fighting games on the market. With their high fantasy aesthetic and fierce combat, the games are story driven and gripping. As consoles grow in beauty and quality, so too do these games evolve. This week we’re diving into the dark and twisty world of the antagonists of Soul Calibur with today’s Tira cosplay feature!
We’ve covered characters from Soul Calibur before, with this Ivy and Taki feature. These fighters have epic backstories that are both tragic and hopeful in equal parts. In Soul Calibur III, a new antagonist steps onto the scene. Tira has a dark and twisted past, becoming a sadistic and bloodthirsty villain in her own right. She serves as the central focus of Soul Calibur III, bringing chaos and darkness (and heinous laughter) with her wherever she goes.
For Tira cosplays, the colors are vibrant and unique. Her vivid green rags, with dark purple paint to draw the eye and instill terror are what she is known for. Though the character has several iterations and costumes, this one is the most well known. Her weapon is a nasty-looking Eisorne Drossel, the circular bladed weapon which she wields like a gymnast with a hula-hoop. It’s an impressive weapon to behold, and our cosplayers have done a spectacular job of bringing Tira to life. We hope you enjoy these Tira cosplays!
