Warhammer 40K Meta Hotness: High Marshal Helbrecht
One of the best Space Marine Heroes out there – High Marshal Helbrecht – is the force bubble to help bring the Black Templars to the winning circle.
High Marshal Helbrecht just looked like a bad ass. He is a bumped up Primaris marine on a huge base, has awesome auras, and even has his best little friend to carry his sweet combi-melta. This guy is going to come in hot and start swinging for the fences. Marshal Helbrecht is a suped up Chapter master ready to party and bring the pain of the Emperor to his enemies.

This guy does a ton of things beyond just being a leader of the Black Templar Chapter. He is a center piece and is designed as such with his Reroll to hits aura, Full Rerolls to a unit command ability, and he even adds a +1 to the Strength of CORE units nearby. Heck he has 8 frigging wounds too so he is a monster of a Marine ready to do battle.
Why is High Marshal Helbrecht good?
If you are planning on playing Black Templars this is your lynchpin unit followed by a few Chaplains. You end up boosting a unit or two, and have them plow into the enemy. Then profit on the carnage they bring by controlling whatever objective they hit with violence. High Marshal Helbrecht is one of the best aura characters in the game with a ton of stacking abilities all tied into a unit that can hit extremely hard. Oh and he is on a frigging huge base for a Marine character. This guy is not fitting thru some doors on tables but he is an infantry monster that can Koolaid-man the doom and destruction.

Closing Thoughts
If you are playing Black Templars you are playing High Marshal Helbrecht. He would be in any Marine list if he did the same things for them. Plus he is a sweet looking model.
