Games Workshop has released a quite a few FAQs this week. Here’s a quick rundown of who got an update for your Warhammer of choice!

Warhammer 40,000 got two new updates this week. First up, Codex: Orks got an errata. It’s a pretty quick one:

Nothing earth-shattering here but it’s worth noting that the Kustom Shokk rifle will now cause a mortal wound to the bearer’s unit if they roll an unmodified 1.

In other 40k updates the Munitorum Field Manual 2022 MkII got another points update. This current version is “the most up-to-date” version for the points for the entire game. Unfortunately, the linked document doesn’t highlight the changes from the previous version. These points updates should be reflected in the App and you can use the link above to download a copy.

We HIGHLY recommend double-checking your army lists with this new version before you play in any Matched Play games or events!

Warhammer: Age of Sigmar got a handful of updates this week also. On the 27th of this month the following documents got Erratas:

Some of these changes (like in Be’lakor) were just minor bookkeeping changes. The two Battletome Erratas were a bit more in depth and clarified some questions (and created a couple more). Either way, if you play Skaven or Sylvaneth you definitely want to read up on those changes.

As far as Core Rules and the GHB changes — these are another batch of changes everyone who plays should read through. As an example the GHB clarified the use of Coalition units:

While in the Core Rules the use of modifiers to characteristics and abilities that change those characteristics to a specific value. IIRC, this is a change from the previous update. Here’s the new ruling:

There are also two more FAQs that were released today (July 29, 2022) as well. One for the Nighthaunt and one for the Daughters of Khaine. Mostly minor changes for both but it’s worth noting that the Zainthar Kai Melusai only get their attacks after being slain if it’s from a melee attack now.

Strangely enough, the FAQ page is showing an update of July 29, 2022 but the documents say June on the top.

I guess we need an Errata for the Errata. Anyhow, check out all those changes from the links above!
