Horus Heresy: Space Wolves Get Their Own Upgrade Packs
The Space Wolves are getting an upgrade pack for the Horus Heresy. Get your Wolf-head helmets and Wolf-emblem shoulder pads soon!
Games Workshop is continuing to roll out the Horus Heresy upgrade packs and this time it’s the Space Wolves. If you’re a Space Wolf player these look like good head-swaps and shoulder pads for any Space Wolf army.
“A howl of outrage was heard across the galaxy when it was announced that the Dark Angels would be getting their Mark VI upgrade kits to pre-order on Friday. Fortunately, we were able to distract the Space Wolves with a crate of mjød while we tracked down some pictures of their own upgrades.”
Space Wolves Upgrade Packs
To kick things off we’ve got an upgrade pack for the MK VI Heads. Featuring 9 Wolf-helmets, one bare head with a top knot and one Wolf-head helmet with a top knot.
Again, I think these heads look pretty cool and very unique for the Space Wolves. I know they are designed for MKVI armor, but I’m pretty sure you could also make those work with just about any Space Marine Power Armor. You might have to green-stuff or shave the nubs down to fit…but I think the effect would be worth it!
Naturally, the Space Wolves are also getting shoulder pads, too. Once again designed to work best with the MKVI armor. Each pack contains 10 shoulder pads to enhance your Space Wolves!
These upgrades are coming soon. Time to unleash the wolves!
