Call of Cthulhu is a game all about investigating occult mysteries. Steeped in the mythos of the works of HP Lovecraft, Call of Cthulhu is one of the more venerable RPGs out there.
Now in its 7th Edition, CoC has been driving its investigators past the brink of sanity in pursuit of the horrors that lurk in the shadows for decades now. Call of Cthulhu Starter Set on Roll20
The Starter Set, as the name implies, contains everything you need to start playing Call of Cthulhu. Usually retailing for $24.99, you’ll find a laundry list of players and GM aides awaiting. It’s honestly one of the better starter sets out there, because of the depth of detail it includes.
In addition to the introductory rules, there’s a solo adventure included: Alone Against the Flames. This is the perfect way to learn how to run the game. By playing it.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be ready to run investigators through the three other full-size adventure modules included in the starter set. Here’s a look at everything you get:

- Paper Chase an investigation for 1-2 players plus GM
- Edge of Darkness is an investigation for 3-5 players, plus GM
