Closet Cosplay: This Black Adam Cosplay Kneels for No One

As we gear up for the upcoming DC release of Black Adam, let’s power up and celebrate in style with this Black Adam closet cosplay!

One of the most anticipated comic book superhero/villain movies of the year is Black Adam. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is a lovable actor known for his dynamic roles, and we’re looking forward to seeing him play this electric role of redemption. (Pun intended).

As fans of the character and comic lovers dive into the lore of Black Adam, we’ve assembled a simple guide for a closet cosplay. Halloween is right around the corner, so here’s everything you need to throw together a quick cosplay!

1. Black Adam Closet Cosplay: The Suit

This MIGHT come across as cheating, but there’s a full top to toe bodysuit costume available on Amazon. This -is- a closet cosplay article, after all, so buying a completed outfit is legit for our purposes. The goal is to find something accessible and easy to put together. The quality of this isn’t great, but for an easy out-on-the-town look, it will serve you well.

Same song, different dance. This is another complete cosplay (minus the shoes) that is a grab-and-go option for a Black Adam closet cosplay. Easy to purchase and go. Not too shabby on the price point either.

2. Black Adam Closet Cosplay: The Boots

The internet is a FASCINATING place, friends. Searching for “Men’s Gold Boots” is a wild ride. Try it, I dare you. These are a really groovy retro boot that remind me of boxers shoes. While gold isn’t an accessible color for a standard wardrobe, these are really cool looking. If you have enough confidence, you can rock these with style. They’ll go great under a boot-cut jean as well, so you can rewear them if you’re brave enough!

3. Black Adam Closet Cosplay: Black Boots

If you aren’t as daring or willing to commit to the gold look for this closet cosplay, we have an alternate option for you. This is a standard paratrooper-style boot that is CLASSIC. It goes with everything and can be worn in any situation. Simple and easy and a VIBE.

4. Black Adam Closet Cosplay: Lightning Bolt Necklace

This one is just for fun- who doesn’t like a little bling? If you’re a big Black Adam fan and want to rock your fandom in a subtle way, this is a great option. The perfect accessory to tie together your Black Adam look!
