The Baldur’s Gate games introduced the world to miniature giant space hamsters. Carefully cradled in the arms of Minsc, was Boo, who went for the eyes, and to all of our hearts. And now, WizKids wants to introduce giant space hamster miniatures. This is exactly what they’ve done in an upcoming paint-your-own miniature kit, that is of a Giant Space Hamster.
These kits, if you’re unfamiliar, include a ready-to-paint miniature and a set of paints that you can use (or supplement with your own) as a way to put your own personal mark on the mini. Learn to paint, or show off your skills. Either way, this kit is a great way to jump into the marvelous world of painting minis.

Giant space hamsters are cute, plant-eating rodents as big as brown bears. They tend to avoid other creatures, especially threatening ones, but they can be trained to serve as mounts and beasts of burden. Gnomes have tried to build spelljamming ships powered by giant space hamster wheels, so far without success.
