Warhammer 40K: GW Unveils 4 New Space Marine Battleforces
The rest of the First Founding chapters get the Holiday Battleforce treatment with these sets – headed your way in early 2023.
We all saw the 2022 40K Battleforces announced in late November. But some Space Marine players were lamenting that only the Raven Guard and the Imperial Fists got the special treatment. GW, ever wanting to limit heresy, had decided to help keep spirits up amongst the Loyalists with the following kits just announced for the Iron Hands, Salamanders, White Scars, and Ultramarines. They include all the normal goodies like decal sheets, and will ship out next month. Here’s the details via Warhammer-Community.
Iron Hands Battleforce
- Iron Father Feirros
- Primaris Techmarine
- 10 Intercessors
- 2 Redemptor Dreadnoughts
“Both Characters can make battlefield repairs on the Dreadnoughts, with Feirros restoring 3 wounds every turn, so it’ll take some serious firepower to bring them down. Just add a few Gladiator tanks and you’ll prove that the flesh is weak and the machine is strong.”
Salamanders Battleforce

“The Warforged Strike Force is as Salamanders as they come, and provides you with all the sturdy CORE Infantry you need to make good use of the chapter’s new secondary objective.
