Looking for some historical or fantasy-based miniatures that can represent your renaissance themed armies? Check these Wargames Atlantic Conquistadors out!

For those of you who don’t know, Wargames Atlantic is an absolutely amazing company that releases new kits so fast that I can hardly believe their rate of growth. It’s incredible really. If you haven’t checked out their offerings for a while, give them a look. There are multiple new kits pretty much every month.

Wargames Atlantic Conquistadors Review

For those of you who prefer written reviews, here is a quick look starting with a closer look at the box.

I recently built up 2 boxes of these figures, giving me a total of 48 miniatures. They were a pleasure to put together.

Once constructed, these miniatures looked really good. Wargames Atlantic does not back any specific game. You use their miniatures for whatever game you want. I built these two boxes up as a 7-point army for Saga Fantasy.

The kit had options to build crossbowmen too, but I built handgunners instead. It’s a nice-looking army, and I have to figure out how I want to paint them now.

Scale Comparison

A scale comparison image. The unpainted figures are from the Conquistadors box set by Wargames Atlantic. The other figures left to right are a Frostgrave Barbarian, an Oathmark Elf, a Wargames Atlantic Skeleton, and a Primaris Space Marine

Wrapping it up…

So far, I have really enjoyed every Wargames Atlantic kit that I built. They are a lot of fun and they look great. As I mentioned earlier, these guys have been busy and are releasing so many new products. On top of releasing a steady stream of hard plastic miniatures, they’ve also teamed up with MyMiniFactory and have a number of digital STL offerings for 3D printers. Along with the hard plastic miniatures, they release new minis on MyMiniFactory every month. Again, the pace at which they move is incredible. There’s always something new.

For more on these miniatures, be sure to watch that video above, or head to my personal site for a longer version of this review with pictures of the frames too.

Until next time, Happy Gaming, Everyone!!!
