‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ Final Trailer – The Stakes Have Never Been Higher
John and his allies take on Marquis de Gramont and the High Table in this explosive final trailer for John Wick: Chapter 4.
The sequel picks up after Wick joins forces with the Bowery King to take down the High Table. Beyond its rules, the organization of assassins has been kept in the shadows until this chapter – including its high-ranking members. The intricacies of the authority structure and who is running the organization will finally be revealed as John fights for his freedom… and his life.
New allies and adversaries show their skills in this action-packed final trailer.
This looks f’ing fantastic, and I can’t wait to see it. Keanu Reeves has described this as the “hardest physical role [he’s] ever had in my career so far.” I can see why. It looks like everyone is at the top of their game.
John Wick: Chapter 4 Run Time
Director Chad Stahelski has mentioned that Chapter 4 will have a longer run time than its predecessors. We now know that it clocks in at 2 hours and 49 minutes with credits – a full hour longer than the first installment. If this choice is because they’ve opted to end John’s journey here rather than make a fifth movie, I can go with it. Otherwise, I worry about bloat. Action movies, especially non-stop thrill rides like this, should not be pushing three hours.
I love this franchise. Don’t screw it up with a long, bad meandering edit. Please.
