Up Your 3D Printing Game with Wargames Atlantic & MyMiniFactory
Hobbyists and tabletop game fans will want to check this new 3D printing marketplace from Wargames Atlantic and MyMiniFactory!
A few months ago, Wargames Atlantic offered their first 3-D printer files on MyMiniFactory. They’ve uploaded so much more since, and there are plenty of choices for all game settings and time periods.
There are several ways that you can get these minis. You can join what they call a Tribe and get new monthly miniatures by paying a small monthly fee. If you join the Tribe, you also get a say in what is released next. If you would rather pick and choose, you can buy their already-made 3D printer file sets. The STL files are generally available to buy individually at the same time as they are released to their Tribe members. If you don’t have a 3D printer or access to one, they paired up with another company that will print the STLs for you and ships them to you.
There are so many interesting options, like these Calvary for their Les Grognards forces. They are like RoughRiders. This set is a group of 3D-printed accessories to make the Wargames Atlantic Plastic Horses into these awesome-looking troops. I have a friend who owns a 3D printer. I should probably see if I can get him to print me off some of these models!
