MTG: Commander Masters Spoilers
Commander Masters is just around the corner, metaphorically speaking, and that means a ton of spoilers. Here’s some of what we caught today.
Commander Masters is here, and with it comes a cavalcade of spoilers. Soon you’ll be able to cram your Commander (or EDH if you’re a nerd) decks full of goodness. And also a number of other cards that are in the set but don’t shine quite as bright on every occasion. Like Boompile. Which is extremely fun.
But it only works half the time. Still, there’s a lot to love coming to the singleton format. So get ready to gear up. Here’s a look at some of what got unveiled earlier today!
Commander Masters Spoilers – Boompile Is Just The Beginning
Collectors of powerful cards and beautiful artwork, rejoice! The new Commander Masters set comes your way in the second half of 2023. This set is the first Masters set tied explicitly to the Commander format and is a must-have if you’re looking to add some truly beautiful and powerful cards to your deck.
Truly beautiful is selling some of this short. You may have seen the Jeweled Lotus spoilers elsewhere. But here’s a look at some of the newly revealed spoilers. Starting with Boompile. Destroy all non-land permanents if you win a coin flip. When you can pull this off, it’s such a fun artifact.
Meanwhile we get an amazing look at an extended art Finale of Devastation. Gotta feed the hungry hungry dinos.
Bust a deal, face (Magus of) the Wheel. Magus of the Wheel is a great way to catch up on card advantage, and feels especially good when you make your opponent sacrifice some of the key parts of their unkillable combo before they get out in play.
And everyone’s favorite red instant, Savage Beating. This one is just satisfying to throw down. It may not protect you from an opponent’s savage beating, but at least you’ll have won the game. Here’s a look at some of the other big spoilers we saw today:
