Perhaps in honor of Cyberpunk 2077’s amazing new DLC, DriveThruRPG has a sale this week only, on any and all cyberpunk RPGs.

Cyberpunk is in the air right now. Perhaps because we’re already basically living in the most boring cyberpunk dystopia. Billionaires and megacorporations already control the media, the places where we interact. Capitalism has gone haywire, all the public spaces are vanishing to the point where it costs you money to just be out in public. When was the last time you spent more than an hour somewhere without spending at least ten dollars on food or drink?

And also there’s a new expansion out for Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red. It’s quite good, and everyone’s getting in on it. So escape this boring dystopia. Go to one where you can live out the power fantasy of having cyberarms and making positive, meaningful improvements to your life just by putting in effort.

DriveThruRPG’s Cyberpunk Sale – Discount Dystopias

DriveThruRPG has an amazing sale on a ton of cyberpunk titles now. This includes the game Cyberpunk RED, as well as a number of other titles that take place in their own cyberpunk worlds. Here are some of our favorite titles.

Cyberpunk Red: Cyberpunk RED is the latest edition of the classic tabletop roleplaying game of the Dark Future and encompasses everything you need to explore the post-War world of the Time of the Red.

Hard Wired Island: Humanity has spread to space. GRAND CROSS is a space station orbiting Earth, a high-tech city, and a gateway to the stars. But in this distant future, it’s in crisis…HARD WIRED ISLAND is a retrofuture cyberpunk TTRPG, inspired by 90s anime.

Altered Carbon the RPG: In the official Altered Carbon role playing game based on the hit Netflix series, wear any body you can afford, transmit your mind across the cosmos in an instant, and, if you’ve got the credits and political cachet, re-sleeve time and again for centuries, accumulating enough wealth and power over the millennia to become the societal equivalent of an immortal god.

Eclipse Phase Second Edition: Eclipse Phase Second Edition is a post-apocalyptic game of transhuman horror. Humanity is enhanced and improved, but also battered and bitterly divided. Technology allows the re-shaping of bodies and minds, but also creates opportunities for oppression and puts the capability for mass destruction in the hands of everyone.

What’s your favorite flavor of dystopia?
