This book seriously has all the details you could need to bring the Inner Sea world to life. The Travel Guide is a great way to zoom in on the little aspects of all the different cultures. You’ll find things like local foods, and pastimes.
One of the most incredible things in the book is the description of Basilisk, a game that’s somewhere between freeze tag and dodgeball and maybe lacrosse or something like that. Anything that puts fantasy sports in my games, I’m a fan of.
You’ll also find more mythological ways of looking at monsters, including common superstitions and secret monster lairs that reveal different “monster hot spots” like a sort of weird roadside map that you can go visit, fight, and loot.
