Warhammer 40K Next Week: Warhammer Heroes Series 4
Next week, Space marine Heroes returns, with a new set of “lucky dip models.” And this time, they’ve got even more rules!
Next week, Space Marine Heroes Series 4 hits the States. As well as Germany, Japan, China, and Australia. In it, you’ll find seven new miniatures from across a wide spread of squads. But what makes these Space Marine Heroes unique is that each one of them is but one part of a special, collector’s Kill Team.
That’s right, the seven miniatures in Warhammer Heroes Series 4 (since it’s no longer just Space Marines since they offer a Nurgle option as well), form Strike Force Justian. A powerful new Kill Team that you can take into your game, once you’ve assembled at least part of the squad. Take a look!
Warhammer Heroes Series 4
The Space Marine Heroes series of collectible blind box miniatures returns, now known as Warhammer Heroes, with a new set of lucky dip models. Series 4 comprises seven new miniatures from a variety of Space Marine squads, featuring Intercessors, an Assault Intercessor, a Heavy Intercessor, an Eliminator, and even a Captain, all entirely new for this set. They will be available in retailers across the United States, Germany, Japan, China, and Australia – but note that you won’t be able to buy them directly from the Games Workshop webstore.
That’s right, you’ll have to pick up your minis in person. Which means you’ll have to put on pants to actually get your hands on these minis, sadly. Even so, they seem like a great addition to any collection. Especially since their Kill Team, Strike Force Justian, is “fully Matched Play legal.”
Newer players will find it easier to dive into Kill Team thanks to the more streamlined rules. And anyone would be glad to have a Space Marine Captain in their Kill Team.
Each miniature comes with its own datacard, as well as a ploy for the team to use. So you can get your Kill Team started with just one.
All this, next week!
