For many factions are locked away behind the requirement that you own the games they appeared in, which is fair for such an expansive title.

This gives you most of what you’d want. All the DLC for the respective trilogy can be had for a fraction of their original price.
Newer expansions like the Chaos Dwarves are a mere 20% off, but older DLC can be had for a song. Assuming that song costs you five dollars.
