‘The Fall Guy’ Latest Trailer – More Stunts, More Explosions, More Ryan Gosling
From the guy who brought us John Wick, Atomic Blonde, and Bullet Train comes a new action-filled comedy starring everyone’s favorite Ken – Ryan Gosling.
Fall Guy is loosely based on the hit 1980s show starring Lee Majors as Colt Seavers. The adventure was a bit smaller in the show—Colt moonlights as a bounty hunter while not performing stunts for movies. This story goes bigger in every way while also acting as a love letter to stunt performers everywhere.
What is The Fall Guy About?
Seavers is a battle-scarred stuntman who is attempting to take a break to focus on his physical and mental health when he’s dragged back. His ex is directing a mega-budget studio movie, and her star, Tom Ryder, has gone missing. The movie’s producer tries to keep Ryder’s disappearance a secret from the studio and has Colt come in to perform the most outrageous stunts for the film. His ex is unhappy about this or his attempts to woo her on set.
The mystery around the lead actor’s whereabouts becomes paramount. Colt is dragged into a sinister, criminal plot that’s more dangerous than any stunt he’s ever done.
This looks like a great date movie (hey, it could be a date with your friends or yourself) that hits all the notes—romance, comedy, mystery, and plenty of action. Gosling and Blunt are great together, and David Leitch’s combination of one-liners and explosions rarely misses.

Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt lead the movie. The cast includes Hannah Waddingham, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Winston Duke, and Stephanie Hsu. Real-life stuntman David Leitch directs it. He’s also the blockbuster director of Bullet Train and Atomic Blonde and the producer of John Wick and Nobody.
