The Weequay Pirates and their leader are landing in Star Wars: Shatterpoint soon. And we’ve got the good on what’s they’re hauling.

There’s some scoundrels afloat in the new Squad Pack coming to Star Wars: Shatterpoint. The That’s Good Business Squad Pack features the “business man” Hondo Ohnaka and his crew of Weequay Pirates. We’ve got a preview copy of the box from Atomic Mass Games and we’re diving into the contents!

That’s Good Business Squad Pack Unboxed

To kick things off we’ve got all the standard packaging once again. The cards included cover 5 different languages but we’re just using the English version for this unboxing. And per usual, everything comes in plastic baggies.

The miniatures themselves are tightly packed on a single sprue along with their bases. I think that the sculptors managed to pack in the details once again on these minis. Hondo’s robes in particular got some extra love. One thing I also liked was the cube that one of the Pirates is ducking behind. It’s kind of funny to think that they are bringing their own cover with them wherever they move. That’s not an actual game thing — just a funny miniature.

We’ve seen their cards before but these are obviously included in the box, too. Hondo is the Primary Unit, Gwarm is the Secondary, and the Weequay Pirates are the Supporting option in this box.

Of the attack cards, only Hondo’s is double-sided. My honest take on this box is that they are a fairly straightforward bunch. And relatively cheap, too. They do have a few keywords that would allow them to play off other factions as well. Scoundrel and Mercenary in particular. And the Pirates also have Trooper, too. Keep that in mind when doing any list building.

I think that these Pirates fill a niche in the game and can fit into a lot of different lists. They are tougher together and for 7 Squad Points, they can work as a great second option for a more expensive squad pack. They are out now and in stores. You can also order them direct from Asmodee.

A legendary pirate and his band of outlaws join Star Wars™: Shatterpoint in this new Squad Pack! Hondo Ohnaka is the charming and quixotic leader of the Ohnaka Gang, and this pack adds him to the game as a new Primary Unit in the Clone Wars era. He is joined by his second-in-command Gwarm as a Secondary Unit and a pair of Weequay Pirates as a Supporting Unit to help him carrying out his schemes. In addition to beautifully sculpted miniatures of these characters, this pack also contains all the Stat, Order, and Stance cards players need to add them to their Star Wars: Shatterpoint squads.
