A new expansion for Sigmar will open up the Mortal Realms in all its glory. In Ruins of the Past, the lore of AoS comes to life.

Cubicle 7 has a new book in the works: Ruins of the Past. This expansion for Age of Sigmar: Soulbound, delves deep into the Mortal Realms. With nine fully fleshed-out adventure sites, this book is all about bringing the long history of the Mortal Realms to your tabletop.

Whether you crack open a lost Stormvault or uncover a hidden Necropolis, there’s something for every Grand Alliance to enjoy here. These adventure locations are richly detailed, and come with new challenges and enemies alike.

Let’s take a look at what’s inside.

Soulbound: Ruins of the Past – Out Now

Bear witness to the Ossiarch tomb-city known as the Ashen Necropolis as its servants rise once more to claim the bone-tithe and await their master’s orders. Venture into the towering Stormvault of the Platinum Spire, a vast repository of dark magic and necromancy guarded by a trio of viscous Sphiranxes. Or dive into the ruined Idoneth enclave of Aighmar, now a watery grave overrun by the Skaven of the Clans Skyre and their terrifying carc-ship.

The Mortal Realms are overflowing with ruins of the past. It is home to the mouldering lairs of long-dormant foes, ancient secrets, and objects of power. Rally your binding and step into the past. Bring the fight to the forces of death, chaos and destruction.

The book contains nine unique locations. Each has its own secrets, its own mysteries, and of course, new enemies lurking within. This is a solid GM book for any Soulbound campaign.

Each location has advice on how the lost Stormvault or the Ashen Necropolis, say, could fit into your campaign, and how it might play a role in ongoing events in the Mortal Realms. And beyond the adventure locations, GMs will find rules for exploration and going on dangerous treks along with accompanying encounter tables and challenges.

All this is available now in Soulbound: Ruins of the Past, which is already a Copper Best Seller on DriveThruRPG.
