This massive brick build of Deep Space Nine from Star Trek includes over 75,000 pieces from across the LEGO range of kits.

DS9 rose to its lofty position of galactic importance from humble origins. The station was originally a Cardassian mining and refinery station named Terok Nor, which was abandoned after fifty years of use. The Federation was brought in to repair the station and maintain it as a hub for commerce.

It became one of the most important deep space stations in the Alpha Quadrant due to its location near the mouth of the Bajoran wormhole, which granted stable access to the Gamma Quadrant, allowing for nearly instantaneous travel across the Milky Way.

On the far side of the wormhole lay The Dominion, ruled by the shapeshifting Changelings. Deep Space Nine, under the command of Benjamin Sisko, found itself at the center of the Dominion War, which shook the galaxy, pulling the Federation, Dominion, Cardassian, Klingon, Romulan, and others into war.

Check out a full history of the station here.

LEGO Star Trek Deep Space Nine Model

Adrian Drake built the famous space station from the frame up using more than 75,000 pieces. It’s 6 feet tall and eight feet in diameter and is heavy enough that it needs some extra supports. The whole build took over two years.
