Upgrade your Pathfinder adventures with these new Fists of the Ruby Phoenix minis. They’re ready to go right out of the box!

In this post, I review the miniatures from the Pathfinder Battles: Tournament of Trials boxed set by WizKids. This set of miniatures is inspired by Paizo’s Pathfinder Fists of the Ruby Phoenix Adventure Path. In this boxed set, you will find seven miniatures, and one is fairly sizable!

Looking at the back of the box, you wouldn’t realize that one is much larger than the others, but let’s examine these figures closer. A couple of these miniatures are actually fairly large. Closer to the end of the post, I will toss an Age of Sigmar miniature in the mix for scale comparison.

The Miniatures from Tournament of Trials

Golden League Xun is a formidable warrior from the Golden League.

Provincial Jiang-Shi Vampire is fearsome undead creature with a rich backstory, ready to haunt your campaigns.

Razu is a unique blend of avian and musical prowess and is sure to captivate both players and foes.

Yabin embodies justice and honor.

Rivka is an awesome-looking mini, for sure!

Taiga Yai embodies the wild and untamed aspects of nature.

Shadow Yai is a shadowy assassin that lurks in the darkness to strike at unsuspecting targets.

Scale Comparison

Now that you have seen all of the miniatures up close, let me show you the Tournament of Trials miniatures compared to the Age of Sigmar miniature I mentioned earlier.

As you can see, this box set comes with two fairly sizable miniatures.

Wrapping it up…

If you liked this post, be sure to check out my Martial Arts Masters Boxed Set review for some more pre-painted miniatures by WizKids. The minis in that review come from the same series as the ones in this post. You can also check out the longer version of this review on my site, which contains more pictures of these miniatures.

Overall, these are some really cool miniatures. Hopefully, this post gave you a better idea of what comes in the box if you choose to purchase one.

Until next time, Happy Gaming Everyone!!!
