Goatboy here with the top 5 Enhancements I like from the new Codex: Imperial Agents. This codex has a lot of tricks up its sleeves.

I’ve already talked all about the Imperial Agents Codex here, and it’s an odd one for 40K 10th Edition. I know I’m not the happiest with the codex but there are some neat Enhancements in the book.  They are locked pretty well behind their Detachments but let’s go over the ones you will want to use to hlep you win those  new 40K missions.

5. Ordo Xenos Alien Hunters – Beacon Angelis

This is Watch Master only relic that is a copy from the relic they had from the Index Detachment.  It allows the Watch Master and the unit they are joined to the ability to Deep Strike and use Rapid Ingress for 0CP.  Deployment options are powerful and this is one of the better ones from the codex.

4. Ordo Hereticus Purgation Force – Liber Heresius

Another relic that gives you deployment options – the Inquisitor or Priest gets to take 3 units and redeploy them.  You can put them in reserves if you want and just allows you more options when you are playing your army.

3. Ordo Malleus Daemon Hunters – Gift of the Prescient

An Inquisitor can take this relic and it allows the model and a Grey Knight Terminator unit the ability to Rapid Ingress for free and be placed within 3” of the enemy if needed.  As you can tell from my list, anything that lets you make a specific Stratagem free and lets you deploy closer is a good thing for an army.

2. Imperialis Fleet – Combat Landers

A Voidfarers character can declare up to 3 units in Deep Strike during the declare deployment step.  Just having the ability to put things into Deep Strike is powerful and allows you a lot more options to take over the battlefield.

1. Imperialis Fleet – Clandestine Operation

This is an upgrade that lets pick 3 non-Grey Knight Terminator units and give them Infiltration.  You could easily gum up the board with a ton of different options and its only limit are to not allow you to flood the table with Terminators. There has to be some power in setting up some Deathwatch units out on the table ready to wreck people with their Xenos killing weapons.

Nobody Expects the Inquisition!
