Goatboy here with my latest Blood Angels ‘Death From Above’ Warhammer 40K armylist to come howling down on Angels’ wings to claim victory.

Goatboy back at you with an new prototype army list for my 2025 Blood Angels.  I plan on grabbing a Blood Angels Combat Patrol this weekend and then really having enough options to build what I am planning if you look at the list below.  I really like the MSU ideas I have been doing with my World Eaters and think I can do something similar too with a BA build.  I think I could tweak some options but here is my initial thoughts.

I do know there is a lot of characters in this ‘Death From Above’ list but there is some fun Enhancements between the Fights First option and the changing a roll to a 6 upgrade on top of a Thunder Hammer wielding Captain.  It just sound fun to go smash, and say at least one of these is a 6 for some Devastating wounds.

Blood Angels ‘Death From Above’ Tactics

The big 10-man Death Company squad will go in Reserves and be a fun little unit that can pop down and be a pain in the butt.  All the other units are little surgical jerks designed to remove things as needed.  The Vanguard Vet unit is an interesting one as it is still in the books even though they never got an “upgraded” form.  We’ll see if they show up later whenever Space Wolves come out or if they decided to do some kind of cool Killteam of Vanguard Vets.

The Blood Angels list does have a lot of units that can help me do actions, a bunch of characters you can’t always shoot, and a lot of stuff that can punch up if needed.  I am sure this won’t work that well right off the bat, but hey it looks kinda of fun with a ton of moving parts you can shove around the tabletop. Practice makes perfect!

For Sanguinius!
