If you missed some of D&D Beyond’s limited-time freebies, you might grab them again as part of the 12 Days of D&D on D&D Beyond.

‘Tis the season for companies to engage in rampant commercialism. After all, that’s what Christmas is all about. And Wizards of the Coast is no exception to this rule. Right now, D&D Beyond is running the 12 Days of D&D. There are different freebies up for grabs, and by some strange stroke of Christmas magic, the things it’s giving away are all things that were previously free – for a limited time.

You might be familiar with some of the “limited-time” freebies like Giants of the Star-Forge or the Monstrus Compendium: Creatures of Dragonlance. These were titles available to D&D Beyond users for a limited window leading up to the release of the associated books. Just a sort of extra free bonus for having a D&D Beyond account at the time.

But if you missed the window (or are new to D&D Beyond) now’s your chance to snag a few freebies as they come around for the holidays once more.

The 12 Days of D&D – Free Adventures, Monster Compendiums, And More

At press time, the 12 Days of D&D on D&D Beyond had nine different titles. And, as you might expect, more are added each day. So your chance to grow your collection grows with every sunrise. Or whenever they actually update the storefront.

Right now, as part of the collection, you’ll find four short adventures, three virtual dice sets, the Monstrous Compendium Vol. 2, and a Baldur’s Gate Gazetteer. Yeah, I know, it starts off promising, but you lose the twelve-day rhythm and formula once you get to where the turtle doves ought to be. But you do get a broad spectrum of adventures.

In Giants of the Star-Forge, a Glory of the Giants adventure, you get a taste of high-level play mixed with cosmic shenanigans. Or explore the lower levels with Uni and the Hunt for the Lost Horn, a 5.5E adventure that stars the heroes and villains of the D&D cartoon.

In The Radiant Citadel, you’ll get to explore the wondrously planar Radiant Citadel. Descent into the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth is sure to get a rise out of any classic dungeon delvers.

Of course, there’s plenty more to come. So keep an eye on D&D Beyond’s 12 Days of D&D, because you never know what you’re going to get next. Unless you go back through and look at the titles that they offered up for free for a limited release window, then you’ve probably got a good guess.

A new title drops every day through the 15th! So check while you can!
