Games Workshop is letting the fans decide. It’s time to vote for your favorite Black Library book of 2024!
This one is for all the lore fans and voracious readers of Black Library. It’s time to let your voice be heard and cast your vote. Black Library is looking for you to choose your favorite book from February 2024 through January 2025!
Whichever is your favourite, you can only submit one vote – and only one book can be crowned the Black Library Book of the Year. Cast your vote now, or think it over for a few days – you’ve got until Sunday, the 23rd of February to make your choice. Stay tuned to Warhammer Community to discover the final results.

If you’re not sure which book to vote for because you’re not sure about the list then I’ve got good news for you. Games Workshop has all the entries listed for you in voting link.
There are 29 books in total that are eligible to be voted on. I’m honestly not sure which one I’d pick from this lot either. I also don’t want to persuade you one way or the other. However, I will say that if you didn’t actually read a book then maybe don’t vote for it. Let’s try to at least keep this one honest, folks.
I also think it’s funny that GW is asking for our votes on this. I’m sure they could check the sales data to see which books sold well vs which ones didn’t. Hopefully if you’re voting for one of the books on this list you did indeed read it and enjoyed it. Black Library pumps out a ton of lore for both the Grimdark and the Mortal Realms — and basically anywhere else in those two universes. There’s bound to be a book or series there for just about anyone. Personally, I like that Black Library has been diving into the horror aspects, too. Their settings are great fodder for those types of stories.
