Pathfinder: ‘Guns & Gears’ Goes Steampunk, Fighting Fungi, and More February Releases
February will give Pathfinder players plenty to fall in love with. Get ready for new Guns & Gears, Spore Wars, and more from Paizo.
It’s here! Last month, Paizo showed off the new Guns & Gears Remastered. Much like the Player Core books, this new book will look at updating more of the Pathfinder 2E game to the modern, “remastered” version.
Only this time, specifically, it’s for two classes. Guns & Gears will refine and update the Inventor and Gunslinger classes. But there’s more than just those two classes lurking in the pages of the 2025 release.
Guns & Gears Remastered
The new hardcover for Pathfinder brings fantasy tech and the thrill of firearms to your games. This remastered version is updated to work with Pathfinder Second Edition rules.
When sword and spell just won’t be enough to win the day, it’s time to power up your game with clockwork gears, lightning coils, and black powder! Guns & Gears (Remastered).
Unravel the secrets of clockworks with the new inventor class or blow away your opposition as a firearm-wielding gunslinger! In addition to new classes, a plethora of archetypes, backgrounds, vehicles, siege engines, gadgets, and the remastered automaton ancestry are all ready to expand your game with options for battlefields large and small.
There are three editions to choose from: standard, special edition, and the sketch edition, which will only be available at your local FLGS and Paizo.com.

The Secret of Deathstalk Tower
Get ready for The Spore War. The next big adventure path delves deep into the Tanglebriar, and the elven nation of Kyonin. While a nascent demon lord schemes against his imprisonment, a fungal bloom takes hold. The second book in the Spore Wars Adventure Path will arrive next month.
“The Secret of Deathstalk Tower” is a Pathfinder adventure for four 14th-level characters. This adventure continues the Spore War Adventure Path, a three-part monthly campaign in which a group of adventurers aid the elves in a war against an army of demons. This adventure also includes an article about the demon lord Treerazer (the primary antagonist of this campaign), an exploration of the sinister ooze monsters known as blights, powerful new magic items to aid heroes against their foes, and several sinister new monsters.

Pathfinder Society
Additionally, Paizo is releasing two new Pathfinder Society adventures. The Power of Legends for Levels 9-12 and Once in Whispers for Levels 5-8. Starfire Society: Rasheed’s Requiem will also be released for Levels 7-10. Read more about them in the Paizo blog!
