Starset: The Great Dimming is a grimdark, low sci-fi tabletop RPG inspired by Arcane, Dune, and Game of Thrones. Assume the role of an oppressed citizen fighting to take hope back from titanic bureaucracies in a doomed solar system.
Dreams of glory in battle, sudden wealth, or independence in the Kuiper Belt shine like stars—a million miles away and rapidly fading. The Oort Cloud collapses in a phenomenon referred to as the Great Dimming, cutting the solar system off from the universe and spelling its destruction. Characters and their players are left to discern where hope comes from at world’s end and whether to live every day in pursuit of good or glory.
