Warhammer X JOYTOY: Alpha Legion Get The Action Figure Treatment

Is that Alpharius or Omegon? Maybe both? The Alpha Legion of the Horus Heresy are getting action figures from JOYTOY!

Get ready for a sneak attack that’s coming from inside the house. The Alpha Legion are getting the JOYTOY treatment with a new batch of action figures. These are so good you might have to buy TWO of each.

Alpharius, Primarch of the Alpha Legion

Like his brothers Horus, Rogal Dorn, Magnus and Sanguinius, Alpharius is an immensely detailed figure standing approximately 7.5” tall with 28 points of articulation, replicating the beautiful Forge World resin miniature with outstanding attention to detail. All of his signature wargear is recreated from the deadly Pale Spear down to the Pythian Scales – his artificer power armour.

Again, this might be the one Primarch from JOYTOY worth getting TWICE. Is it Alpharius or Omegon? The answer is yes.

But that’s not the only figure coming from the Alpha Legion. We also get a new specialist Saboteur Consul and a massive Contemptor Dreadnought, too!

Sometimes, however, the time for stealth has passed and even the XX Legion know when subtlety can take a back seat to raw, uncompromising violence. Those legionary heroes interred within a Contemptor Dreadnought know this well, and the bloody swathes they cut through enemy ranks with their gravis plasma cannons and massive crushing fists are often the final word in a failed negotiation.

I still get blown away by the attention to detail that JOYTOY gives these action figures. They way they combine that with the articulation is really impressive. These would make a fine addition to anyone’s action figure collection. But if you’re an Alpha Legion fan, c’mon! You know you want’em…
