Play in a whole new way! These brick-built LEGO board game IDEAS sets need your vote to become a reality.

Clue

This set combines the 1949 Clue game and the classic black comedy starring Tim Curry and Madaline Khan. The board includes all nine themed rooms, and it even has secret passages. After you build the board and the dice you can use the character minifigs and weapons to play.

Ticket To Ride

This LEGO version of the beloved board game includes the black playing pieces and 1×3 route pieces on the jumper plates to make it easier to remove the trains. All of the routes are represented on the Ticket to Ride board, and they’ll stay put while you play.

And there’s the potential of this build… not only do you get a great display piece that can be used time and time again as a playing surface… extra location tiles could be included with the instruction booklets to build the USA or Germany versions or any area of the world that takes your fancy. The geographical possibilities are endless.

Monopoly

After you table-flip this Monopoly board into pieces, you can build it again and again. The board is 54×54 studs and includes spaces for each property that name the prices, chance and community chance spaces, and the jail, go-to-jail, GO, and free parking spaces. The set comes complete with ten player tokens, plus hotels and houses. The Chance and Community Cards have printed on details – as does the Monopoly money.

Settlers of Catan

Build the iconic board game in bricks, and then play with this set by Master_Brickz. A great deal of care has been put into making the build as close to the game as possible. This LEGO version of Catan includes four colors for the settlement, cities, and roads: orange, blue, white, and red. The game also includes a robber and a red and a yellow die. The board even splits into six sections to make it easy to add expansions.

Foldable Chess Set

Carry this 1,951 piece brick-built chess set anywhere. Four ball joints allow the board to fold up quickly and all of the pieces fit under a clear shell for easy transport and storage. It’s simple, elegant, and the pieces look fantastic.

Snakes and Ladders

The worldwide favorite gets an upgrade this LEGO board game set. The build brings some modern fun to the ancient game. Instead of 2D ladders, players’ minifigures will move up and down the board on a roller coaster track, and each square on the elevated board has a fun theme.

The game has the same rules as a regular game of Snakes & Ladders (if you land on a ladder you go up, if you land on a snake you go down, and the winner is the first person to reach the 100th square. However there are a few differences.

First is that instead of giant snakes and ladders all across the board, there are spaces that have a little cabinet that when opened will reveal either a snake or a ladder along with the number of the square the play must move to. This adds a little more suspense to the game because the player will not know what space they landed.

Black Lotus

This set isn’t playable, but it is beautiful. It finds its inspiration in the new version of the Black Lotus artwork, painted by Chris Rahn, that shows the flower blooming on a long-forgotten battlefield. It consists of 464 pieces and will be the first Magic: The Gathering set if approved.
