Next week, the Mortal Realms get overrun by gitz, grots, wolves, and all the other followers of the Bad Moon up for preorder.

Gloomspite Gitz scurry out onto the center stage of next week’s preorders. Not only is there a refreshed codex, promising new rules, lore, and more; there’s also a bunch of new miniatures.

There’s the wolf-riding Gitmobs who embody the swift-moving nature of the Gloomspite Gitz. As well as Droghz da Sunchompa, who just wants to take a bite out of crimethe sun. As well as wield a “tooth” forged out of a meteorite. But that’s all part and parcel for the Gloomspite.

All of which you can check out for yourself over the coming week!

Gloomspite Gitmobs – Wolves, Codexes, Grots!

It all starts with a brand new Codex. Sorry. Battletome. In the new Battletome: Gloomspite Gitz, you’ll find rules and lore enough to go goblin mode anywhere in the Mortal Realms.

You’ll find rules for a Gitmob focused Spearhead, two new Armies of Renown, headed up by Droggz da Sunchompa and Skraggrot the Loonking, and a host of new Warscrolls, Battle Traits, and more.

Speaking of Droggz da Sunchompa, just great your eyes on his corpulent resplendence. Framed in a fiery halo evoking the sun itself, Droggz heads up the Gitmobs from atop Jaggedsnarl, his trusty, cunning Snarlfang companion. He also wields a warpick known as Da Metal Toof. It is just a sharpened chunk of meteor.

Speaking of Gitmobs, you’ll want to have on hand a Snarlboss with Wolfgit retinue. The Snarlboss looks fearsome (for a grot) from atop the Snarlfang Alpha. Bet you can guess whether the grot or the wolf is doing the most actual damage out of the unit.

Grab yourself a Snarlboss on War-Wheela to lean into the Mad Max vibes, or build the kit as a Frazzlegit Shaman on War-Wheela for different, fierier Mad Max vibes.

The Sunsteala Wheela has two scything blades, two big wolves, and a pile of grots all held together on a lightweight wooden frame for maximum speed. What could possibly go wrong?

Meanwhile the Snarlpack Cavalry charges into the fray atop hungry wolves, and this is somehow the least reckless unit in the army.

Finally the Doom Diver Catapult is a dash of good old goblin ingenuity. Hurl a grot, strapped with explosives straight at your enemy. It’s practically a win-win.

All this, next week!
