X-Men Dice Throne Overview
Dice Throne, in general, is a dice rolling combat game for 2 to 6 players. Players can play one-on-one, team battles, or free-for-all. Each player has their own unique player board and deck of cards. Players will roll dice to match symbols, using their abilities to perform powerful attacks and other special abilities. At the same time, they will use cards to upgrade their abilities and perform even more powerful attacks!
X-Men Dice Throne has two separate character boxes. In Box 1, players can pick up Wolverine, Iceman, Psylocke & Storm. And in Box 2, players can grab Cyclops, Jean Grey, Gambit & Rogue. No matter the box, the characters are fully compatible with all your other Dice Throne characters. As you’d expect from any Dice Throne game, each character has their own character board, life tracker and unique set of dice. Plus, plenty of tokens to keep track of the various status effects you’re likely to accumulate throughout the game.
Dice Throne is a, easy to learn game that is fun for all ages. It plays fast, taking only about 30 minutes per game. Which is especially great because you’re going to want to play as each of these new characters, and a quick gametime means it won’t take all weekend.
