Games Workshop Pre-Orders: Fulgrim & The Emperor’s Children Weekend

Games Workshop has unleashed the Emperor’s Children with the next wave up for Pre-Order for Warhammer 40,000 this weekend!
The long wait is finally over. Fulgrim and the rest of the Emperor’s Children are up for pre-order. This is a big deal because it’s the first time we’ve had all four Chaos Cult armies have full armies in their own separate codexes for 40k! We’re also finally getting Fulgrim in plastic for 40k, too! Seriously, this is a great time to be a fan of Slaanesh and chaos in general. I am looking forward to seeing all the pics from the community at-large when they get these minis painted up.
The Emperor’s Children are the twisted Heretic Astartes sons of the Daemon Primarch, Fulgrim. They are prideful traitors who have fallen victim to their depraved obsessions. Upon the battlefields of the 41st Millennium, they indulge these obsessions in a horrifyingly violent fashion. Always on the move, they are driven by their compulsive need to experience new thrills and, in honour of Slaanesh, weave an exquisitely intricate and lurid tapestry of violence.

Fulgrim – Daemon Primarch of Slaanesh $170
Fulgrim embodies the depravity and corruption of his once-noble Legion. His sinuous serpentine form towers over the battlefield and moves with quicksilver speed, lashing whip and thrashing tail scattering those beguiled by the grotesque magnificence of his daemonic form. Any who possess the wherewithal to resist the Daemon Primarch’s stupefying aura are cut down with casual ease.
This multipart plastic kit builds Fulgrim, Daemon Primarch of Slaanesh, for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. Granted a form capable of wielding several kinds of devastating weaponry by his dark patron, he is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield – aggressive, exceptionally hard to kill, and capable of taking on anything from enemy hordes to mighty war machines. Thanks to his wings, nowhere is safe from his horrifying serpentine form – your enemies can run, but they cannot hide.
Fulgrim comes with a choice of five different faces, making it easy to personalise your nightmarish Daemon Primarch. Standing 160mm tall and with a wingspan of 190mm, this model towers over the tabletop, making an ideal centrepiece for your Emperor’s Children collection. Painters will love the crisp details and variety of textures – from the exquisite armour to the slick serpentine body – while gamers will appreciate the new tactical options such a mighty warrior opens up.
This kit comprises 52 plastic components, and 1x Citadel 130mm Round Base. This miniature requires assembly and is supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
The Lords Kakophonist derive pleasure from auditory stimuli. Such is their singular obsession with emitting lethal sonic destruction that their entire bodies have been agonisingly sculpted to further their art. Leading bands of Noise Marines, these infernal conductors lead an orchestra of discordant and deafening slaughter.
This multipart plastic kit builds one Lord Kakophonist, a corrupted commander for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. Wholly given to the power of Slaanesh, their senses dulled by an endless bombardment of stimuli, they seek the thrill of combat where their close-ranged weapons can wreak havoc on the enemy. The kit includes a choice of two different heads, two screamer pistols for the left hand, and either a screamer pistol or power sword for the right hand, making it easy to customise your miniature.
This kit comprises 18 plastic components, and 1x Citadel 40mm Round Base. This miniature requires assembly and is supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
Lucius the Eternal is an arrogant slaughterer and swordmaster supreme. He seeks out the most skilled of the foe’s champions, casually cutting down lesser enemies that dare bar his path. Against worthy opponents, Lucius strikes with the speed of a snake, his daemonically sentient lash and blade making a mockery of the greatest warriors.
This multipart plastic kit builds Lucius the Eternal, a legendary duelist for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. He wields the daemonic Blade of the Laer in one hand, and the Lash of Torment in the other, utterly devastating in both single combat and in taking on hordes of lesser foes. If you crave the exhilaration of close-quarters combat, Lucius is an ideal leader for your force.
This kit comprises 21 plastic components, and 1x Citadel 50mm Round Base. This miniature requires assembly and is supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Lord Exultant, a decadent leader for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. This flexible kit can be built with your choice of power fist, plasma pistol, or rapture lash in one hand, and power spear, power sword, or screamer pistol in the other. Flawless Blades are arrogance incarnate, consumed by pride in their own skill at arms. Granted power by daemonic patrons, they strive to entertain their malefic masters with superlative swordplay while inflicting grievous damage upon their foes.
This multipart plastic kit builds three Flawless Blades, an elite melee unit for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. They excel at close quarters where their unnatural speed, grace, and skill at arms sees them reap a deadly harvest with their blissblades.
Each miniature has a choice of three different heads, and can be built with either a long sword, or two shorter duelling blades. They can be assembled with an Emperor’s Children icon on their left shoulder, or a blank pauldron, and there are also four optional, interchangeable grenades for you to further customise your miniatures. Noise Marines orchestrate riotous destruction on a massive scale. They saturate the war zone with piercing bursts of shattering clamour, thrumming waves of aural destruction and other extreme psychosonic attacks. These hedonistic worshippers of Slaanesh are inured to most stimuli and seek to unleash ever-increasing cacophonous destruction to stir their jaded senses.
This multipart plastic kit builds six Noise Marines, devastating fire support specialists for your Emperor’s Children or Chaos Space Marines armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. These Heretic Astartes use their signature sonic weaponry to blast their enemies, shattering their sanity along with their bodies. Tormentors go to war clad in garish power armour, clutching over-ornamented boltguns. They form the core of many Emperor’s Children warbands. Consumed by ego and desire, Tormentors are aggressive front-line troops who prioritise aggression and speed, always seeking new and greater experiences, and revelling in the gory deaths they inflict upon their enemies.
This multipart plastic kit builds 10 Tormentors, aggressive infantry for your Emperor’s Children armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. They make a solid core for your force, revelling in the pain they inflict on your enemies. The kit can alternatively be built as a unit of Infractors – a melee-focused squad that likes to get up close and personal with your foes.
The Tormentors are armed with a boltgun and a close combat weapon, and two can be armed with an optional special weapon – there are two meltaguns and two plasma guns in the kit. Alternatively, the miniatures can be assembled as Infractors, close combat warriors armed with a bolt pistol and duelling sabre.
