No one is more beautiful or perfect than the Emperor’s Children – at least in their minds. Judge for yourself in next week’s preorders.

The glitz and glam of the Emperor’s Children is beyond compare, provided you don’t look at the Flash Gitz. But you can see it for yourself in the coming week as the Emperor’s Children get ready for a massive pre-order release.

It’s not just a new Codex and some new miniatures they get, but a Daemon Primarch – Fulgrim himself in all his Slaanesh-altered perfection. And of course plenty of iconic troops who will prove just how sexy Chaos can be.

The Emperor’s Children await next week!

Emperor’s Children Preorder Weekend Coming Up

First things first, the Codex. This is the big new book of the Emperor’s Children. In it are all the rules you need to play your Emperor’s Children, including and especially rules for six different detachments that will allow you to customize your approach to the battlefield. You’ll also find new Combat Patrol and Crusade rules.

On to the other good stuff. Starting with Fulgrim, Daemon Primarch of Slaanesh. Fulgrim is big, snaky, and full of daemonic power. He has become a twisted monstrosity powered by the Prince of Pleasure, and thus has a beguiling aura, daemonic poisons, and more arms than you would expect a Primarch to have.

Then there’s Lucius the Eternal, a dueling-obsessed Chaos marine who fights with a daemonic lash and apparently has the ability to take over the bodies of those who kill him.

Dive into the unique sonic weaponry of the Emperor’s Children with the Lord Kakophonist. Fitted with a Doom Siren grafted to his body, he brings screamer pistols and a chaotic aura to the fray.

The new Lord Exultant looks so good. Every time I see his taloned fist, I keep thinking it’s a Slaaneshi claw, which is an amazing feat by the sculptor. You can fit him with power fist, plasma pistol, or rupture lash in the right arm, and in the left a phoenix power spear, power sword, or screamer pistol.

The Flawless Blades may nt be quite as skilled as Lucius the Eternal. But they’re still pretty amazing. Armed with blissblades they can drain their enemies of life and fight with paired, regular, or hand-and-a-half blissblade.

And now, the Noise Marines. Not only an amazing band name, an amazing unit. They bring the pain via their blastmasters and sonic blasters. And while it is a shame that the days of the electric guitar seem to be gone (rip), these new ones are ready to scream onto your tabletop, looking sharp.

Finally, the Emperor’s Children Legionaries box, which can be built as a set of Tormentors or Infractors, depending on what you want for your playstyle.

All this, next week!
