Geekery: Fast 8 is Filming in Cleveland Right Now

The movie isn’t due out till next year, and is the first film in a new trilogy for the franchise that will hit screens 2 years apart. Universal has hinted that they may be green lighting some other FF spin offs and possibly some pre-quels when this run is finished.
Fast 8 is directed by F. Gary Gray and the cast has the usual bunch – Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel, Lucas Black, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, and Kurt Russell. New comers to the crew include Charlize Theron and Kristofer Hivju on the bad guy side, and Scott Eastwood on the good guy side.
Do I think this will be in any way an award winning, thought provoking film? No.
Do I enjoy grand spectacles with a large number of explosions and things that don’t actually work in reality because of physics? HECK YEAH!
Who’s up for 2 hours of fiery automobile destruction backed by a questionable plot?
