Geekery: New Spider-Man Cast is Shaping Up
Some promising names have been added to the list this week…
Confirmed cast with characters includes Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr. reprising their roles in Civil War. Former Bird and Bat man Michael Keaton has signed on to play Vulture.
It appears that we’re getting a heap of comic relief to go along with the new, super quipy take on the Web Slinger. The two newest additions don’t have characters assigned to them yet..
Martin Starr of Silicon Valley and Party Down was added this week – are we getting a reprise of Amadeus Cho?
Donald Glover has also been confirmed – I doubt we’ll get Antoine Delsoin in this movie, but Glover would be awesome in the role.
A few others on the named, but no charater list: Kenneth Choi, Logan Marshall-Green, and Michael Barbieri. The rumor about Barbirieri playing Ganke Lee have been squashed by director Jon Watts:
