FW Open Days: Custodes Contemptor Dreadnought

Forge World pulls the covers off the Custodes Contemptor Dreadnought – Check this guy out!

We all knew the Custodes were getting a Contemptor. What we didn’t know was that they were ALSO getting a custom one. Well here it is at Warhammer World Open Days:

This Contemptor is not playing around! He’s charging full speed with a Sword & Board ready to stick-it to the enemies of the Emperor. But did you notice anything about his sword?

Is that a Heavy Flamer attached?! Why yes, I think it is! Looking at the wargear of the Custodes isn’t not a surprise that the Custodes Contemptor would also have some similar weapon options. He’s probably got Grenade Launchers next to his head, too!

Just imagine the Contemptor Dreadnought with a Stormshield because I’m pretty sure that’s what we’re seeing right here. And because he’s a Custodes version you know it’s going to have even more special wargear and rules to match it’s “Elite” status.
