That’s right, Librarians. Marneus Calgar is stepping up, to show that his dad isn’t the only one who can stomp around and kill things in the name of the Emperor. This time he’s even fighting an entire space hulk with his friends. I hope the little guy can get it done and that his dad is finally proud of him. Which is pretty much how I picture Calgar ever since Guilliman came back. Li’l Marny trying his best to fill his dad’s shoes.
The Scythes of the Emperor also get their own Audio Drama–and the last one we reviewed here on BoLS, Asurmen: The Darker Road, was quite well done. These have incredible production value–it’s more like getting a radio play than an audiobook, both of which are enjoying a resurgence at the moment. So give this one a listen, and while you’re at it, try and figur eout how they make the Tyranid guts go splortch.
